• Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee the performance of multiple retail locations, providing direction, accountability and operational support to store management teams.
• Service and Product Excellence: Champion exceptional customer service, product presentation and quality standards, ensuring consistency across the entire retail network.
• Commercial Performance: Drive sales growth, labour productivity, cost management and profitability, using performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• People Development: Recruit, coach and mentor store leaders, building engaged, capable teams and a strong culture of ownership and accountability.
• Operational Consistency: Implement effective systems, processes and performance measures that support operational excellence, brand consistency and sustainable growth.
