Job summary

Nature's Energy in Sydney operates three premium venues in wellness. The Operations Manager will lead across three inner west venues, build culture, and drive guest experience with teams up to 20 per site.

Reporting to the COO, you'll mentor front-of-house leads and managers, manage rostering, facility maintenance and service standards, and scale performance as new venues open in a booming wellness sector.

Qualifications

• Experience developing people and managers
• Ability to lead daily teams up to 20 per venue across multiple sites
• Practical understanding of facility and building management
• Full Australian work rights

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across three inner west venues
• Build a strong team culture and enforce accountability
• Mentor front-of-house leads, therapists and site managers
• Be hands-on on the floor while managing priorities and service flow
• Oversee facility maintenance, presentation and quick troubleshooting
• Manage rostering and labour through Deputy
• Drive premium guest experience and service standards
• Foster relationships with regular guests and local community
• Support business performance, culture and local growth
• Report directly to the COO
