Nature’s Energy in Sydney is seeking an Operations Manager to run three wellness venues as a single high-performing operation. You will lead teams, build culture, and drive consistent service standards across sites, delivering guest experiences that align with our holistic wellness brand.
The ideal candidate has a hands-on leadership style, can mentor managers, and has experience managing facilities and complex rosters.
Company Description Nature’s Energy is a holistic health and wellbeing company that combines natural therapies, day spa services, and unique Bathhouse facilities to support clients in achieving balance of mind, body, and spirit. Based in Sydney, the organization offers therapeutic and specialized massage, traditional and holistic beauty services, naturopathy, and acupuncture, complemented by alternative healing modalities such as Reiki, energetic healings, and life coaching. The Bathhouse, featuring hot and cold spa pools, a steam room, and a sauna, provides an oasis for relaxation and restoration in the local area. Nature’s Energy also hand-blends its own skincare and beauty products using Australian flora and native botanicals, offering aromatherapy mists, skincare, and essential oils that are proudly Australian made. The company is committed to inspiring wellbeing, health, and happiness through wholeness, balance, and sustainable self-care practices.
We are one of Sydney's most established day spa and bathhouse groups, operating in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the market: wellness, recovery and self-care.
Bathhouses are booming, wellness is no longer niche, and we've been replenishing what life takes out long before it became a trend.
We're now looking for a mature, hands-on Operations Manager to run our three venues as one high-performing operation — building culture, holding the team accountable, developing our people and managers, and getting every site operationally sharp before our next venue opens.
This is a highly operational leadership role for someone who likes being on the floor, close to the team, and connected to the guest experience — while keeping the bigger operational picture in view across all three sites.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the group, leading teams of up to 20 per venue each day, building a calm and professional environment even when it's busy, and lifting every site to a consistent standard.
We're looking for an exceptional people leader and mentor who can build culture, drive accountability, and run a business hands-on. You'll bring:
You may currently be an Operations Manager, Area/Multi-Site Manager, Venue Manager, Hospitality Operations Leader, or Assistant General Manager ready for a broader remit.
We believe our energy comes from our people. This is an opportunity to join a growing wellness business with a strong reputation, loyal guests, and a clear vision for the future.
If you're a strong operations or venue leader ready for a new chapter, we'd love to hear from you.
