Nature’s Energy in Sydney is seeking an Operations Manager to run three wellness venues as a single high-performing operation. You will lead teams, build culture, and drive consistent service standards across sites, delivering guest experiences that align with our holistic wellness brand.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on leadership style, can mentor managers, and has experience managing facilities and complex rosters.

Qualifications

• Track record of developing people and managers, not just directing them.
• Comfort leading sizeable daily teams (up to 20 per venue) across multiple sites.
• Practical understanding of facility and building management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across all three venues.
• Mentor and develop front-of-house leads, therapists and site managers.
• Hands-on on the floor while managing priorities and service flow.
• Manage rostering and labour through Deputy or similar systems.
• Drive premium guest experience and service standards.
• Build strong relationships with regular guests and the local community.
