Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a Maintenance Planner to lead maintenance planning across Northern NSW sites. You will develop preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate materials, resources and contractors, and partner with site leaders to optimise uptime.

This role requires strong communication, budgeting awareness, and the ability to travel frequently to sites throughout the Northern NSW country network for shutdowns and planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling across multiple sites.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and plan under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for Northern NSW country operations (~40 sites).
• Plan materials, resources, equipment and contractors for planned preventative and shutdown maintenance works.
• Consult with operations supervisors on preventative maintenance and servicing.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisors to schedule manpower and resources.
• Develop cost and time estimates for planned maintenance work.
• Maintain accurate technical information and maintenance history.
• Improve planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores and data management systems.
