Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for Northern NSW country operations (~40 sites). You will plan materials, resources, equipment and contractors for planned preventative and shutdown works.

Reporting to the Northern NSW Maintenance Manager, the role requires collaboration with operations supervisors, scheduling manpower, developing cost and time estimates, and maintaining equipment maintenance history.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling across multi-site operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Exposure to CMMS/SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Working with production to develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for Northern NSW country operations (~40 sites).
• Planning materials, resources, equipment and contractors for planned preventative and shutdown maintenance works.
• Consulting with operations supervisors on preventative maintenance activities and equipment servicing.
• Partnering with maintenance supervisors to schedule manpower and resources effectively.
• Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work.
• Maintaining up-keep and accuracy of technical information and equipment maintenance history.
• Continually improving planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and job reporting systems.
