Job summary

Noumi Limited in Sydney is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance planning across the site, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will work with Engineering, Trades, Production and external providers to plan preventative and corrective maintenance, statutory activities, and major overhauls.

You will manage schedules, drive preventive maintenance, maintain MEX data, coordinate parts, and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner or similar maintenance/reliability role in manufacturing.
• Experience using MEX or a CMMS/maintenance management system.
• Experience with maintenance/reliability stores and spare parts management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance work schedules using production windows and planned shutdowns.
• Lead planning of routine preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and major plant overhauls.
• Drive effective use of MEX and maintain accurate system information.
• Coordinate availability of parts and materials for planned maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Trades to identify improvements and corrective actions.
• Coordinate servicing and engagement of external contractors for specialist maintenance.
