Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support Northern NSW operations across Dubbo, Tamworth or Narrabri offices. You will develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for ~40 sites, plan materials and contractors, and collaborate with supervisors on preventive maintenance and servicing.

Travel roughly every three weeks is required to support shutdowns and projects. The role requires strong planning, communication and budgeting skills, with CMMS experience (SAP desirable) and a

Qualifications

• Planning experience in CMMS; SAP desirable.
• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding.
• Awareness of budget constraints and cost control.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic capability.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for Northern NSW country operations (≈40 sites).
• Plan materials, resources, equipment and contractors for planned preventive and shutdown maintenance works.
• Consult with operations supervisors/leaders on preventative maintenance activities and servicing.
• Partner with maintenance supervisors to schedule manpower and resources.
• Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work.
• Maintain up-to-date technical information and equipment maintenance history.
• Continually improve planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and job reporting systems.
• Travel to sites about one in every three weeks for shutdown and project planning.
