Job summary

PRONIA in Brunswick, VIC invites an IT Support Specialist to join the team and ensure day-to-day IT services across sites are effective and secure. You will provide Level 1/2 support, work with an outsourced IT service provider, and help staff use IT systems confidently.

The role requires IT qualifications and experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Teams and SharePoint. This is a full-time position with travel to an alternate office as needed.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in IT, Systems Administration, Networking or related discipline.
• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in a business environment.
• Experience with Managed IT Service Providers and external IT vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to staff across PRONIA’s sites.
• Liaise with MSPs and other IT vendors to resolve issues and maintain service standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and user access issues.
• Assist with deployment, configuration and maintenance of computers, peripherals, software and ICT equipment.
• Monitor and document incidents and service requests; escalate as needed.
