Job summary

Kanji Group is seeking an experienced Business & IT Project Manager to join our PMO and manage a diverse portfolio of technology and business projects across Australian manufacturing sites.

You will lead medium to large projects from planning to implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and report to executives with clear, concise updates.

The role requires 5–7 years of delivery experience, PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile credentials, and proficiency with Jira, Kanban and PMO reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of delivering Business and IT projects in medium to large organisations.
• Strong project governance and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with Jira, Kanban and PMO reporting; Agile and Waterfall delivery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large Business and IT projects from planning through to implementation.
• Coordinate business teams, IT specialists, site leaders and external vendors.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and reporting.
• Provide clear, concise updates to executives and Steering Committees.
• Identify risks early, resolve roadblocks and keep delivery on track.
• Manage vendors against agreed timelines, quality and cost.
• Support business readiness, communications, training and adoption.
• Work across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
