Job summary

KGIT is seeking an experienced Business & IT Project Manager to join our growing PMO and lead a diverse portfolio of technology and business initiatives across the Australian group. This role extends beyond a single system, spanning new site IT establishments, technology upgrades, system integrations and broader business improvements across manufacturing sites.

You will operate in both Agile and Waterfall environments, coordinating across business teams, IT specialists and external vendors while

Qualifications

5–7 years delivering Business and IT projects in medium to large organisations.
Experience with Jira, Kanban and PMO reporting.
PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile qualifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Lead medium to large Business and IT projects from planning through to implementation.
Coordinate business teams, IT specialists, site leaders and external vendors.
Own project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and reporting.
Provide clear, concise updates to executives and Steering Committees.
Identify risks early, resolve roadblocks and keep delivery on track.
Manage vendors against agreed timelines, quality and cost.
Support business readiness, communications, training and adoption.
Work across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
