Job summary

Maytronics Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to bridge business strategy and execution, guiding cross-functional software teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.

You will own project delivery from inception to deployment, lead sprint planning and stand-ups, manage stakeholders and risks, and continuously optimize processes to maximize team velocity and value. Collaborate with product managers and executives to ensure alignment and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years managing projects.
• Tools: Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a knack for unblocking development teams.
