Job summary

City FM Australia seeks a motivated Project Manager to broaden experience across high-volume, multi-site projects. You will oversee 20–30 concurrent projects including national rollouts across 20–800 sites, coordinating scope, timelines and resources with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have strong planning, budgeting, tender and reporting skills, and are Melbourne-based with access to a vehicle. Hybrid work and office presence are required.

Qualifications

• Project Management qualification or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience within engineering, refrigeration, electrical or mechanical services environments
• Exposure to facilities management or service-based operations
• Experience with tender processes and commercial project delivery
• Familiarity with project budgeting and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery frameworks
• Define project scope, objectives, roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate resources including labour, materials and external suppliers
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate activities across multiple business units
• Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support tender preparation, submissions and evaluations
• Manage project budgets and financial performance
• Monitor project scope, timelines and deliverables
• Track project progress and provide regular updates
• Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify improvements
• Support operational initiatives and project opportunities across the business
