Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead a large, complex technology transformation in a highly structured enterprise environment in NSW, Australia. The role requires extensive experience as a Senior Project/Program Manager delivering large digital programs and leading multidisciplinary teams, with strong governance, budgeting, and stakeholders management.

Experience with PRINCE2 and IBM Maximo is highly desirable.

Our client is looking for a DigitalProject Manager to lead a large, complex technology transformation program within a highly structured enterprise environment.

Skills & Experience Required

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager delivering large and complex technology or digital programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and mentoring other Project Managers.
• Strong experience working with senior executives, Project Boards, Steering Committees and other senior stakeholders.
• Proven ownership of business case development, budgets, forecasting, benefits, governance, risks and reporting.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with structured delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2.
• Experience operating within a large enterprise, government, utilities or similarly complex environment would be highly valuable.
• Experience delivering programs that span multiple years and require integration into a broader technology or transformation portfolio.
• Extensive experience with Core Asset and Works Management Platforms, specifically IBM Maximo, is highly desirable.
