Hume Bank is seeking a Facilities Manager to own and operate facilities across its branch network and corporate offices. You’ll ensure safety, security, compliance and fit-for-purpose environments, from identification through to completion.

The role covers maintenance, cleaning, security, minor capital works and contractor coordination, including overseeing a pool vehicle fleet and external sites. Travel to branch locations will be required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in facilities management or similar.
• Experience managing contractors and outsourced service providers.
• Knowledge of building operations, WHS, access control and compliance.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple sites and drive issues to closure.
• Strong stakeholder negotiation and budgeting skills.
• First Aid Certificate, White Card and valid driver’s licence; willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of branch and corporate facilities.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance, repairs, cleaning, essential services, security, access control and building presentation.
• Manage contractors and external service providers, including quotes, scheduling, site access, service standards, costs and completion of works.
• Scope and coordinate minor fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations, repairs and capital works projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate urgent facilities responses where issues could impact safety, security, customer access, compliance or business continuity.
• Manage facilities budgets, records, compliance evidence and the maintenance of pool vehicle fleet.
