Job summary

Bankstown Sports is seeking a senior Facilities Manager to oversee operations across seven venues and the Flinders Centre, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained facilities. You will lead a facilities team, manage asset registers, and drive capital planning, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives.

You will work with stakeholders across hospitality, retail and commercial spaces, delivering continuous improvements, governance, and ESG initiatives while maintaining high standards of service

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior facilities role.
• Experience managing multiple hospitality/retail sites.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and contractor management.
• Experience with budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• WHS knowledge and risk management practices.
• Current driver's license; RSA/RCG or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities Management across seven venues and the Flinders Centre.
• Own asset registers and capital replacement strategies.
• Oversee preventive, reactive, and statutory maintenance.
• Lead annual budgets, capital forecasting and cost-control.
• Manage tenders, contracts, and service agreements.
• Ensure contractor compliance and performance management.
• Drive service delivery standards and facilities upgrades.
• Support ESG initiatives across the Group.
• Act as escalation point for facilities-related issues and after-hours maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business objectives.
