Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer/Platform Engineer to assure the reliability, availability, security and performance of a mission-critical health platform across multi‑cloud and on‑premises environments.

You will define SLOs, SLIs, incident response, and drive IaC, CI/CD and DevSecOps to deliver secure, observable systems. You will collaborate with clinical, engineering, security and operations teams to ensure safe decision making and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, platform engineering, or environment management in multi‑cloud/hybrid setups.
• Strong knowledge of SLOs/SLIs, incident management, and resilience testing.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, IaC, CI/CD, and secure systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Perform Site Reliability Engineering and platform operations across cloud and on‑prem environments, ensuring high availability and security.
• Define and enforce SLOs/SLIs and manage incident response, root‑cause analysis, and resilience improvements.
• Drive platform engineering through IaC, CI/CD, automation, and self‑healing operations.
• Lead deployment and integration of new health capabilities into customer environments with interoperability and readiness.
