Job summary

Glencore's Mount Isa Mines Operations (MIM) seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead the Communities and Social Performance function. You will steer stakeholder engagement, Indigenous relations, social investment and heritage protocols across the site, ensuring CSP delivery aligns with group targets.

The role requires building strong relationships with Traditional Owners and local communities while guiding a capable CSP team in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification in social/indigenous fields with relevant industry experience.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and government/community liaison experience.
• Understanding of cultural heritage legislation and Indigenous engagement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Communities and Social Performance function for Mount Isa Mines.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, Indigenous relations and social investment.
• Develop and implement CSP programs aligned to group targets.
• Build relationships with Traditional Owners and Indigenous organisations.
