Job summary

Green by Nature, Australia’s largest landscape services provider in Sydney, seeks a dedicated groundskeeper to care for turf across high-profile spaces. You’ll operate push and ride-on mowers, maintain lawns to a high standard, and support a safety-first culture.

With 1 year of mowing/landscaping experience and a team-oriented mindset, you’ll contribute to quality outdoor spaces while using both hand and power tools and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in mowing, landscaping or gardening.
• Experience with both hand and power tools.
• Safety-minded with a practical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate push and ride-on mowers at client sites.
• Maintain lawns and green spaces to high standard.
• Inspect and service mowing equipment regularly.
• Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
• Identify and report improvement areas or issues.

What's involved

• Using both push and ride on mowers at client sites
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard
• Routinely inspect and maintain mowing equipment
• Assisting with other groundskeeping tasks when needed
• Identifying and reporting areas for improvement or issues

About you

You’re someone who takes real pride in your work. With a experience in mowing or general garden maintenance, you thrive on getting the job done to the highest possible standard.
