Job summary

Future Auto Kedron is seeking a fully qualified motor mechanic for our Kedron branch. The ideal candidate has 2+ years post-trade experience, own tools, and can work without supervision.

You will diagnose faults, dismantle engine assemblies and transmissions, and perform scheduled maintenance on modern motor vehicles. You will also repair worn parts, test repaired components with scan tools, and ensure roadworthiness where required.

Qualifications

• Qualified motor mechanic with trade accreditation.
• 2+ years post-trade experience.
• Ability to service and maintain modern motor vehicles.
• Own tools and ability to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in engines and components.
• Dismantle engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms.
• Repair and replace worn parts following service manuals.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for smooth running and pollution compliance.
• Test and adjust parts after repair using scan tools.
• Inspect vehicles and issue roadworthiness certificates if required.

• Our KedronBranch Requires a Fully Qualified Motor Mechanic
• Please must be Qualified,Experienced and able to work without Supervision
• The successful applicant will have his ownTools & will be provided with specialised Vehicle Testing Equipment and Software to inter-connect with Vehicle Specific Tests.
• We would prefer the applicant to have at least 2 years post trade Qualifications and are able to Service and Maintain Modern Motor Vehicles.
• Duties:
• Diagnosing faults related to Engines and Parts,Dismantle Engine assemblies,Transmissions,Steering Mechanisms and other Components
• Repair and Replace Worn and Defective parts and Reassemble Mechanical Components refrring to Service Manuals as Required
• Perform Scheduled Maintenance Services to Acheive Smoother Running of Vehicles and Ensure Compliance with Pollution Regulations.
• Reassemble Engines and Parts after Being Repaired.
• Test and adjust Mechanical Parts after being Repaired for Proper Performance,Diagnosis and Test parts with the assistance of Scan Tools.
• May inspect Vehicles and issue Roadworthiness Certificates or Detail work required to acheive Roadworthyness.
