QBE Insurance Group is hiring for a Claims Officer in a hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC or Parramatta, NSW. You will manage motor claims end-to-end, supporting customers through the process with strong service standards.

The role offers hybrid work (2 days in the office) and comprehensive training with no prior claims experience required. Start date is 30 November 2026, with overtime opportunities available up to 8pm.

• Experience in customer service, retail, contact centres or hospitality.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organised and handle multiple tasks.
