Qualifications

• Motor claims insurance experience essential.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills required.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.
• Experience dealing with Third Parties, Loss Adjusters or government agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end motor claims management.
• Raise payments and settle claims per guidelines and authority.
• Achieve monthly productivity targets.
• Resolve complaints following company guidelines.
• Identify process improvements and potential fraud indicators where applicable.
