Required HOTEL or MOTEL MANAGER: (Salary $65000 to $80000) + Super Annually.

The right candidate should have experience and ability to provide high-level of executive and administrative support to the Director, and the team as required. This is a general scope of duties for the position and duties may vary. The position can include (but is not limited to) any of the responsibilities listed below.

• Ensuring that all employees follow company policies and procedures, including safety procedures and sexual harassment laws.
• Conducting interviews with potential employees to determine their qualifications for specific positions.
• Maintaining quality control of the motel facility by inspecting rooms for cleanliness and comfort level.
• Interviewing guests to determine if they will be suitable renters for the motel.
• Managing staff, including hiring, firing, scheduling shifts, and training new employees.
• Establishing and enforcing rules for customer conduct in motel facilities.
• Training staff on how to handle issues related to customer complaints or problems.
• Ensuring the safety of guests by making sure that security measures are in place to prevent theft or other crimes.
• Overseeing the financial performance of the property by monitoring occupancy rates, revenue generation, and expenses.
