Abundantia Motels is seeking an onsite full-time Manager to operate motel assets across major regional towns in NSW. The role requires a hospitality management qualification or equivalent and supervisory experience, plus knowledge of reservations software and MS Office.

Experience with any reservations system and Australian work rights are essential. Onsite accommodation is provided for the right candidate and ABN status is required.

Formación

• Diploma or higher in hospitality management.
• 3 years full time relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications
• Minimum supervisory level hospitality management experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory level hospitality management experience
• Knowledge of reservations software & MS office
• Experience with any reservations software system
• Australian work rights essential for this position

Responsabilidades

• Organising, controlling & supervising day to day operations of motel
• Overseeing Motel facilities and grounds, including Security and property maintenance, contractors & tradespersons
• Overseeing accounting and purchasing and financial reporting to the Directors
• Basic bookkeeping skills sufficient for managing financial reporting and accounting functions
• Ensuring the property is compliant with work health and safety and fire safety regulations
• Providing guests with superior customer service
• Assess and review guests' preferences, satisfaction and respond to guest enquiries, bookings and guest reviews
• Managing the marketing & promotions of the business via travel websites, local council and Tourist Information Centre
