PS Invest PTY LTD is seeking a Motel Manager to join our hospitality team in Yass NSW. This full-time role serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our motel.

You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, coordinate room allocations, handle enquiries and maintain records with a focus on guest satisfaction in a live-in onsite setting.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Motel Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with motel management software (training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests on arrival with a warm, professional welcome.
• Process check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Manage room allocations and handle special requests.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Process payments and manage front desk cash.
• Book accommodations and advise on local attractions.
• Maintain guest information records.
• Keep the front desk tidy and welcoming.
• Answer calls and email enquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Perform general administrative duties for front office operations.
• Stock handling and ordering weekly or monthly.
• Perform laundry duties as part of the role.
