Ascendra Financial is seeking a Broker Assistant to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and to convert warm inquiries into appointments with our Mortgage Brokers. You will engage clients, understand their lending needs and support growth in settlement volumes.

Formación

• Experience in converting warm client leads into sales opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity in CRM systems and customer records.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high volume of warm phone inquiries and act as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand lending needs and goals.
• Oversee calendar schedules and convert qualified clients into scheduled appointments with Mortgage Brokers.
