Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Brokers with residential home loan applications.
• Prepare and process loan applications and supporting documents.
• Review financial information and identify outstanding requirements.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and other professionals.
• Track applications from submission through approval and settlement.
• Keep clients informed throughout the home loan journey.
• Maintain accurate client and loan information in our systems.
• Ensure applications meet lender and compliance requirements.
• Support the team to continually improve client service.

As a Mortgage Broker Assistant, you'll play an important part in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients and supporting our brokers throughout the lending process. You'll work closely with experienced Mortgage Brokers and learn the home loan process from application through to settlement, while developing valuable skills in lending, customer service, financial analysis and loan processing.
