Loan Market Elevate is seeking an experienced Commission-Only Mortgage Broker in NSW. You will be the go-to finance expert for a diverse client base, supported by an admin team and state-of-the-art tracking system to keep you focused on writing loans.

This hybrid role offers a Norwest office and flexible WFH, with hot leads from Clarendon and Domaine, plus a lucrative commission model (60% upfront, 30% trail) to reward closing deals for builders, HNW clients and developers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about mortgage options and guide them through the decision process.

The Role

As a trusted Commission Only Mortgage Broker, you will be the go-to finance expert for a diverse client base, ranging from first-home buyers and upgraders doing knock-down rebuilds, to High Net Wealth (HNW) investors and property developers.

• Hot & Warm Leads Provided: Receive direct, high-converting leads straight from the Clarendon and Domaine sales teams.
• Unrivaled Support Structure: Say goodbye to being bogged down in admin. We have a dedicated admin team and a state-of-the-art ops and tracking system to handle the backend, letting you focus on what you do best—writing loans.
