Loan Market Elevate is seeking an experienced Commission-Only Mortgage Broker in NSW. You will be the go-to finance expert for a diverse client base, supported by an admin team and state-of-the-art tracking system to keep you focused on writing loans.

This hybrid role offers a Norwest office and flexible WFH, with hot leads from Clarendon and Domaine, plus a lucrative commission model (60% upfront, 30% trail) to reward closing deals for builders, HNW clients and developers.

Qualifications

• Experienced mortgage broker ready to hit the ground running.
• Collaborative team player in a growth-focused environment.
• Proven ability to close deals from warm leads.
• Experience with construction loans, new builds, or land development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Write loans for a diverse client base including first-home buyers and developers.
• Work with a dedicated admin team and ops system to reduce admin load.
• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and builders.
• Educate clients about mortgage options and guide them through the decision process.
• Earn commissions via the 60% upfront and 30% trail split model.
