Randstad is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our Sydney North team. You will handle end-to-end loan processes from discovery through settlement, supported by guaranteed leads and a dedicated Virtual Assistant.

The role offers hybrid work with 1-2 days WFH and a high-volume referrals pipeline. You will leverage your 2+ years of mortgage broking experience, knowledge of lender policies, and strong client communication to deliver tailored home loan solutions while maintaining

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of active mortgage broking experience.
• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).
• Current MFAA or FBAA membership (or eligible for immediate transfer).
• Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

Responsabilidades

• Engage provided leads and arrange initial discovery meetings with prospective clients.
• Assess client financial positions, objectives, and lending needs to recommend tailored mortgage solutions.
• Prepare, package, and submit loan applications across a diverse lender panel.
• Manage end-to-end loan workflows, liaising with lenders, solicitors, real estate agents, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients throughout their loan journey and post-settlement.
• Identify broader financial needs and opportunities to add value for your client portfolio.
