Job summary

SRG Global Ltd seeks an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to support day-to-day Logistics and Mobilisation for our Asset Services division. This permanent full-time role is based at our Wattleup office and will deliver a high level of service to clients and staff.

Key duties include mobilising employees to client sites, rostering, training, and ensuring compliance with client and SRG Global requirements. The role offers professional development and a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role (must have).
• Proficient in rostering and scheduling software (e.g. Rapid Crew).
• Good communication skills both verbally and in written correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites.
• Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database.
• Client liaison and engagement.
• Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and in line with client and SRG Global requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
• Ongoing review of all systems and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to all SRG Global Management Systems and Legislative Requirements.
• To give the highest level of service possible to all our clients.
• Assist Site Superintendent with adhoc tasks
