Job summary

cell fixx is seeking an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician for our Camberwell retail business. You will diagnose and repair mobile devices with hands-on expertise, while delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales and daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have practical knowledge of iPhone and Samsung repairs, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Maintain high repair standards and attention to detail.
• Handle customer devices carefully and follow proper repair procedures.
• Welcome customers and understand their repair needs.
• Explain repair options, pricing and turnaround times clearly.
• Recommend suitable accessories, mobile phones and repair services.
• Assist customers with purchasing new and pre-owned devices.
