• Minimum 3 years track records mobile phone repair experience
• Strong sales ability and confidence communicating with customers
• Honest, reliable, and professional character
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Weekend availability required

• Maintain repair turnaround times and workmanship quality
• Stay updated with new technologies, repair methods, and device models
• Maintain clean, organised, and professional technician work areas
• Monitor stock inventory daily, place new orders, and track product availabilities
• Work collaboratively within a high-performance team environment
• Lead by example through honesty, accountability, and positive attitude
• Support and mentor junior team members when required
