Job summary

Luxe.It.Fwd is seeking a client concierge to visit sellers’ homes across Sydney by appointment, guiding them through the Luxe.It.Fwd selling process with warmth and discretion.

The role is mobile and flexible, with 1–3 weekday shifts of about 3 hours, using your own car and phone to manage appointments. Based near North Sydney, you’ll prioritise North Shore clients and travel within Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end retail or luxury service is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-home appointments with clients to review designer handbags.
• Guide clients through the selling process with Luxe.It.Fwd.
• Discreetly communicate with head office while onsite.
• Ensure clients feel valued through warm, professional service.
• Use personal car and phone to manage appointments and communications.
• Ensure safe delivery of items to head office.
• Represent Luxe.It.Fwd with polish and attention to detail.
