Job summary

Recruit Career Consult Pty Ltd is partnering with a world-class luxury house to appoint Senior Sales Associates across Sydney boutiques. The role is a high-performance, client-facing position focused on driving personal sales, building a high-value client portfolio and delivering exceptional luxury experiences.

You will lead by example on the boutique floor, with responsibilities spanning bespoke selling, client development and senior team support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' luxury retail sales experience.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to cultivate high-value, long-term relationships.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence supporting and influencing colleagues while remaining sales focused.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
• Experience using CRM and clienteling tools.
• Flexibility to work a rotating retail roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the boutique floor with luxury service, strategic selling and client development.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding individual sales and clienteling targets.
• Build and develop a portfolio of high-value and repeat clients.
• Proactively drive client outreach, private appointments and follow-up.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury experience.
• Identify and develop clients for exclusive events locally, regionally and globally.
• Act as a senior presence on the floor and support colleagues with high-value sales.
• Support onboarding, coaching and development of new team members.
• Assist with boutique opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties.
• Step into Manager-on-Duty responsibilities when required.
