Luxe.It.Fwd is seeking a client concierge to visit sellers’ homes across Sydney by appointment, guiding them through the Luxe.It.Fwd selling process with warmth and discretion.

The role is mobile and flexible, with 1–3 weekday shifts of about 3 hours, using your own car and phone to manage appointments. Based near North Sydney, you’ll prioritise North Shore clients and travel within Sydney.

The Opportunity

Building on our established Luxe.It.Fwd presence in the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney’s CBD, we’re enhancing our premium offline services with the launch of a bespoke Concierge pick up service to bring a personalised luxury experience directly to the sellers homes across Sydney.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated concierge specialist to visit clients in their homes by appointment, guide them through which luxury handbags they wish to sell, and represent the Luxe.It.Fwd brand with warmth, professionalism and discretion.

This role is mobile and flexible, with travel across Sydney. As most client appointments are currently on the North Shore, we are prioritising candidates who live in or near North Sydney.

It will involve:

• Attending in-home appointments with clients to review their designer handbags
• Guiding clients through the process of selling with Luxe.It.Fwd
• Discreetly communicating with the head office team while onsite
• Ensuring clients feel valued through warm, professional service
• Using your own car and phone to manage appointments and communication
• Ensure the safe delivery of clients’ designer items to head office
• Representing the Luxe.It.Fwd brand with polish and attention to detail

A general knowledge of luxury handbags and brands is preferred but is not essential for the right candidate.

Successful candidates will need to be available at least 1 - 3 weekdays a week for a 3 hour window (anytime during the morning/afternoon). You will work casually based on bookings with 24 hour notice of cancellation of shift if there are no bookings, but we will agree to an up‑front calendar of availability that allows clients to book appointments with you online.

In addition to the hourly rate, we provide fuel allowance, tolls and parking reimbursement.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Warm, personable and polished in their communication and presentation
• Discreet and trustworthy with a strong sense of professionalism
• Comfortable engaging with high net worth individuals clients in their homes
• Organised, punctual and reliable to the extreme
• Familiar with luxury fashion (or curious to learn)
• Confident using your own phone to manage basic communications
• A fully licensed driver with a clean record and reliable vehicle and willing to travel within Sydney
