Christian Louboutin is seeking an energetic, experienced retail professional to join our Sydney CBD boutique, delivering a luxurious client experience. You will build strong client relationships and maintain a high-end environment while driving sales and upholding the brand's standards.

In addition to a competitive salary, the role offers a monthly commission and incentives. Weekend availability is preferred to meet store needs and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong sales drive and fashion awareness.
• Excellent communication, written and spoken, with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and client book.
• Deliver and maintain a constant high-end luxury experience.
• Carrying out shop in shop operational duties.
• Liaising with customers on repairs and aftersales service.
• Maintenance of stock levels and visual merchandising.
• Demonstrate KPI awareness to increase boutique performance.
• Uphold the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony standards.
