Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Sydney to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations.

This role blends luxury-retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and the ability to work flexible hours including peak periods.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or premium brands.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights/weekends.
• Familiarity with clienteling and data capture for CRM.
• Experience with social media or live-stream shopping is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS devices and clienteling tools to process transactions and capture data.
• Support daily store operations and inventory tasks while maintaining standards.
