Job summary

Brunel is seeking an experienced Training Officer to join a leading mining organisation in Western Australia. You will coordinate training activities, maintain training records and support the delivery of training services across the business.

Reporting to the Training Support Supervisor, the ideal candidate has 2+ years in mining admin, strong LMS knowledge, and excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills. 5 month contract with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar administrative position within the mining industry.
• Experience using SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
• Experience managing training schedules, records and administrative workflows.
• Knowledge of purchase requisitions, purchase orders and associated processes.
• Excellent organisational, time management and scheduling skills.
• Strong attention to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong computer literacy and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule internal and external training courses through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage the training inbox, calendar and training room bookings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external training providers and agencies.
• Maintain training records, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and quality control.
• Raise purchase requisitions for training-related goods and services.
• Manage purchase orders and complete month-end accruals.
• Support training administration workflows and day-to-day training operations.
• Provide professional administrative support to the wider training team.
