Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with relevant discipline.
• Mining industry experience essential.
• Estimating & tendering experience highly regarded.
• Cost and schedule responsibility for projects.
• OH&S knowledge and practice expected.
• SMP background preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager to deliver multi-disciplinary mining projects on budget and schedule.
• Plan and report on project progress and performance.
• Interpret drawings, documents, specifications and scopes.
• Prepare, adjudicate and award tender and contractor packages.
• Coordinate interfaces with vendors, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Provide on-site construction support and resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders on technical and delivery aspects; future site presence during construction and commissioning.
