Job summary

Zeal Personnel seeks a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of a plant upgrade project in the Goldfields, WA. This hands-on senior role covers mobilisation through to commissioning handover, coordinating multiple trades on a remote site.

You will drive safety, time and budget performance, manage civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical/instrumentation teams, and liaise with clients and engineers to keep progress aligned with the schedule and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Construction management experience delivering mining or mineral processing infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary trades on remote sites.
• Strong knowledge of WA mining safety legislation and HSE systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction leadership ensuring alignment with scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, piping and electrical/instrumentation trades.
• Oversee day-to-day site execution, planning, resourcing and productivity.
• Champion safety; ensure compliance with site safety systems and standards.
• Monitor schedule, identify delays and drive proactive resolutions.
• Manage project cost control, variations and forecasting.
• Liaise with client, engineering teams and subcontractors for clear communication.
• Chair site meetings, toolbox talks and progress reviews.
• Ensure quality control and support commissioning readiness.
