Qualifications

• Construction Superintendent or Senior Supervisor experience in mining or mineral processing infrastructure.
• Multidisciplinary trades management on remote/regional sites.
• Strong knowledge of WA mining safety legislation and HSE systems.
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and cost reporting.
• Must have current driver’s licence and pass medical/GSDU clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall on-site construction leadership for the project, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical/instrumentation trades.
• Oversee day-to-day site execution, including work-front planning, resourcing, and productivity management.
• Champion a strong safety culture; ensure compliance with site safety systems and standards.
• Monitor project schedule performance and manage cost reporting/variations.
• Liaise with client representatives, engineering teams, and subcontractors; chair site meetings and progress reviews.
• Support commissioning readiness and handover activities.
