Job summary

Glencore's McArthur River Mine (MRM) in the Northern Territory seeks a Production Mining Coordinator to oversee frontline operations and ensure safe, efficient production.

You will lead Supervisors, manage daily planning, and coordinate with Dispatch, Planning, Maintenance, and Geology teams to meet targets, while driving a safety-first culture. Darwin-based roster supports 14 days on/14 days off with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong safety leadership and risk management focus for open-pit mining.
• Experience supervising large teams to achieve production targets.
• Proven ability to mentor supervisors and foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety and environmental leadership and compliance with policies.
• Report, investigate, and close incidents and non-conformances.
