Glencore's McArthur River Mine (MRM) seeks a Coordinator for the production mining team to lead operations and ensure safe, efficient achievement of targets. Glencore's McArthur River Mine (MRM) is a world-class zinc-lead mine with a long future. Located in the Gulf of Carpentaria, 900 km southeast of Darwin and 64 km from Borroloola, MRM produces and processes zinc, lead, and silver from our open-cut mine. Our products are then transported to the Bing Bong loading facility and shipped worldwide, used in everyday products across mobility, infrastructure, and communications.

We're seeking a Coordinator for our production mining team who brings the right balance of people and operational skills to join our team as a frontline leader. In this role, you will assist in managing and coordinating the safe and efficient operation of the mining team to achieve production targets.
