Job summary

Glencore's McArthur River Mine (MRM) seeks a Coordinator for the production mining team to lead operations and ensure safe, efficient achievement of targets. You will coordinate weekly and monthly mine plans, mentor Supervisors, and collaborate with Dispatch, Planning, Maintenance, and Geology teams to drive KPIs.

The role requires proven leadership in open-pit mining, strong safety focus, and experience with supervision certifications. Eligible for 14/14 roster and Glencore benefits.

Qualifications

• Open-pit mining supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large teams.
• Strong safety and environmental leadership and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety and environmental leadership by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Promptly report, investigate, and close incidents and non-conformances.
• Mentor and coach Supervisors to maintain high-performance culture.
