Role combines leadership, planning and hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Mining, heavy industry or field service leadership experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling and coordinating skills.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and deliver safe, quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field service teams to deliver safe machine shutdowns, outages and project work.
• Coordinate project activities, workforce requirements and forward planning for successful execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide site support.
• Drive a positive safety culture through leadership, compliance and safe work practices.
• Monitor team productivity and performance to meet schedules and standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to operational excellence.
