Job summary

Liebherr is seeking an experienced leader to head mining equipment projects and outages across NSW, supervising field service teams and coordinating shutdowns to deliver safe, efficient outcomes.

In this senior role, you will work with technicians and site stakeholders to ensure high-quality project execution, uphold safety standards and drive continuous improvement in a demanding heavy industry environment. This is a leadership position within a global industrial leader.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in mobile plant tech or automotive electrical.
• Experience leading teams in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong planning, scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
• Safety-focused leadership and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field service teams to deliver safe outages and project work.
• Coordinate activities, workforce and planning for project delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships and site support.
• Drive safety culture and compliant practices.
• Monitor productivity and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence.
