Job summary

Robit Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead safe, compliant and profitable delivery of mining operations across Australia. You will own inventory management, warehousing, logistics and site service delivery, driving cost per metre efficiency and strong customer relationships.

You will lead a high performing, geographically dispersed team, ensure WHS compliance and environmental standards, and travel regularly to mine sites to optimise contracts, performance and margin.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in mining/industrial settings.
• Strong data interpretation and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiating skills.
• Solid understanding of mining regulations, WHS and environmental laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and sustain operational performance across inventory, warehousing, logistics and site service delivery.
• Lead, develop and motivate a geographically dispersed team to achieve safety and delivery targets.
• Oversee demand forecasting, stock levels and replenishment to meet contract obligations.
• Ensure compliance with work health and safety legislation and mine-site requirements.
