Job summary

Qube is seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage operations at Woodlawn Mine, Tarago. You will oversee stockpiling, loading of concentrates, coordinate labour and shifts, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with site and customer requirements.

You will lead site personnel, supervise weighbridge operations, and maintain equipment, reporting, and liaison with clients and contractors. The role requires strong leadership, communication and organisational skills in a dynamic mining

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mining or bulk materials teams.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Current unrestricted driver\'s licence.
• Experience with weighbridge operations and load compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockpiling and loading of mineral concentrates.
• Coordinate labour, rosters and shift activities.
• Lead site personnel and liaise with clients, contractors and employees.
• Conduct safety meetings and handovers.
• Complete operational reporting and site procedures.
