Job summary

Develop Woodlawn Copper-Zinc mine is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to craft detailed work plans, job packs, and schedules ensuring safe, efficient asset performance. You will coordinate labour, materials, tooling, and CMMS tasks while aligning with site standards and OEM recommendations.

You’ll support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives, driving better asset availability and long-term maintenance planning in a permanent, full-time role on an 8:6 FIFO roster from the

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within mining or heavy industry.
• Technical qualification in Maintenance Planning.
• Trade Qualification.
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Pronto or other CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance work plans including scope, steps, labour, tools, parts and equipment.
• Create job packages to ensure safe, efficient execution to required standards.
• Identify isolation points, permits, and supporting documentation (JHAs, SWIs, drawings).
• Ensure materials, consumables, special tooling, and hire equipment are ordered and available before work commences.
• Develop maintenance scheduling and coordinate with operations to create weekly, shutdown and long-term plans.
• Prioritise work based on risk, criticality, equipment condition and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate coding, history and close-out of work orders for audit.
